Our workout team is employed to give you an 8 week workout program emailed directly to you every quarter, a nutrition grocery list emailed to you, every single new workout video emailed to you directly and our live trainer recordings every single week so you never have to search the internet for only $10/month. Our workout team is the best around and they sit at their desk each day to work for you, by subscribing to have the email service you can also choose to even get a daily motivational text and you can request a custom workout from them, and more info they are here to be your trainer each week. You will not get a private session 5 times a week with just a trainer in person costing you $75 a session, but you will get emails and videos for $10 directly to you. If you want to get the most out of this service, do it. Also, thanks for helping us out we can't do all this for free. 

Use our workout team how you want they are here so request, talk, and ask them for custom workouts, they will help you and they are there for you. Do you need exercise information? Call them.. text them.. you get an email with all this private information when you sign up for the workout email service, it's worth it and it's only $10 and you get this custom access. Do you want videos? Do you want extra exercise tips and how to use your BodyBoss 2.0 so you are fully aware of its capabilities and what it can do for you personally? We will work with you directly and act as your Workout Team. 

We don't want FedEx to just dump the BodyBoss 2.0 off to you and not be there for you at all times so you can put a name to this product so you feel comfortable with your investment. 

Honestly, this $10 will help so much and will allow us to employ more people to expand our services so we can continue to take care of you and service any bit of your needs. 

On a real note, we will take great care of you throughout your whole experience with the BodyBoss 2.0 and we will send you over whatever you need whenever you need it per your request. 

You Receive:  

1) 25 new workout programs/year for 3 years (direct to your email) for all fitness levels. 

2) At least 3 live trainer recordings emailed directly per week, that means that is 12 full workouts led by a certified trainer each and every month without having to go to the website. You can request to have the replays sent directly to your phone with a short link for more convenience. 

3) A Team of 3 Full-Time people willing to write you a custom workout once per day - an opportunity for 24 custom workouts per month! We work Monday through Saturday - ask questions and request videos/information/nutrition recipes up to 6 days during this time frame. This means you can request our Team 24 times per month, 288 times per year. 

+Receive 25 new nutrition recipes per month, so that means you will not have to think about what is healthy and not. What should I eat before my workout? What should I eat after my workout? What should I eat during my workout? We will answer all of these for you.
