I just placed an order, how long until it will ship?

 

 

Please allow 1-7 business days of processing and production time for your order to be processed.

 

 



How long is the shipping time?

 

All U.S. Orders will be shipped via Fedex and USPS.

All International Orders will be shipped depending on the Fulfillment Center it is shipping from.

Average Shipping Time in the US ranges from 3-7 Business days. Any Back Orders/Delays will be communicated on our website.

Average Shipping Time internationally ranges from 7-21 Business days. Any Back Orders/Delays will be communicated on our website.

 



Can I cancel my order before it ships?

 

All orders that are placed immediately go right into warehouse processing, so we are unable to cancel your order for you before it ships. It relays to our shipping system immediately and adds to our warehouse team's list of orders that need picked and packed that day. Most orders in the USA will ship same day, so make sure that you are ready to workout before you place the order! However, you can still follow our Return Policy if you change your mind.

 

 




Can I apply a coupon/appeasement after I already place an order?

 

 

All orders are final after placement and any discounts or coupons that you see after the purchase will not be accepted unless determined otherwise by our staff.

 

 



When will I receive a tracking number?

 

Yes, you will receive tracking information in an email right when the package leaves our warehouse. You can also track your order here once you receive the number.

In some cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers due to your order being split and certain item(s) being shipped to you separately. Any package that is shipped separately will have a tracking number available to you.

 


What if I receive damaged item(s) or something happens to my equipment?

 

Please make sure to fill out your Register Your Warranty Form when you receive your package to lock in your 1 year warranty. Any item(s) that you receive damaged/defective we will fully replace. Don't worry, we will always take care of you. Reach out to us by filling out our Form in our FAQ section with a picture of what is damaged.
