Each resistance band provides you with roughly 30 lbs of resistance at its normal length, but shortening them through the platform's 10 anchor points, you are able to propel the resistance up to 70 - 80 lbs of resistance per band. The shorter you make the band, the more resistance you will receive, and vice versa with lengthening them. Too tough? Great, lengthen the bands. Too easy? Awesome, just shorten them up!
