    I've been using this anchor with my bands for working out at home & it's opened up a lot more exercising possibilities! It's simple & works great with pretty much everything I was looking to get out of this.

    I'm considering purchasing an additional carabiner to hook-in when I want to use larger thicker bands for certain exercises, but for smaller more regular sized resistance bands the ring works pretty well as is!
