Why You Should Tune in to LIVE Workouts

We’ve added a second LIVE workout as a benefit to our BodyBoss community, and we hope that you’ll consider tuning in! Saturday’s workout was awesome, and to be honest, I’m still sore! The next workout is tomorrow, Tuesday, April 4th at 6 pm EST. You can tune in here.

Here’s a few reasons we think you should tune in LIVE.

  1. Community - We know that the key to long-lasting, lifetime fitness is the community that you surround yourself with! Sharing your success and struggle with a group of people here to encourage you to keep on pushing through plateaus makes all the difference.
  2. Knowledge - Exercise can be intimidating. The easiest way to learn how to use your BodyBoss to gain strength is by workout along with an expert! Kristi offers amazing tips throughout the entire workout on the most effective positioning of your resistance bands, foot placement, and much more. Don’t miss this invaluable information.
  3. Inspiration - After tuning into a live workout, you’ll be so much more prepared to workout on your BodyBoss 2.0 solo! Get inspired by new moves and new challenges to keep your new habits going strong. Saturday’s workout included back squats, squat presses, back lunges, ab twists, super sets of kick backs and side kicks, and more!

If you missed Saturday’s LIVE workout, you might still have time. We have community all over the world, so keep in mind, if 6 PM EST just doesn’t fit into your schedule, you have 48 hours from the live video to watch the replay.
